Lift Every Voice Youth Showcase of Unity and Brotherhood
The Fourth Annual Lift Every Voice event showcasing youth performances from Rockledge area public, private and charter schools, youth community groups and faith-based groups will be hosted on February 23, 2025, at the Rockledge Civic Hub, 1600 Huntington Lane in Rockledge, Florida, from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM.
The Lift Every Voice event is a day of unity and brotherhood during Black History Month. The goal is to have students lift their talents, school projects, and poetic recitations out of the school buildings and into the community where everyone can enjoy. The name Lift Every Voice pays homage to James Weldon Johnson’s Negro National Anthem, Lift Every Voice and Sing.
The event will include food trucks and table displays. Guests should bring their lawn chairs
